From the A48 Koblenz-Trier:

If you are coming from Koblenz drive out at Kaisersesch. From there you can see the direction to Cochem.

If you are coming from Trier drive out in Ulmen in direction Cochem.

In Cochem drive over the "old bridge" through Cond. After the bridge go right in the Zehnthausstraße.

With the train of course step out at Cochem station
